01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, connecting your Solana wallet, or interacting in any way with the NFT Manager ecosystem, you declare that you have read, understood, and expressly accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any clause, we request that you immediately discontinue using our interface.

02.Nature of the Service

NFT Manager provides a modern web interface that indexes data directly from the Solana blockchain to present consolidated statistics, collector rankings, and batch (bulk) transfer utility tools for NFTs in a non-custodial manner.

Our application acts as a facilitator for interacting with existing decentralized infrastructure, operating without control over post-signature transactions.

03.Custody & Private Keys

The custody, control, and security of your cryptographic keys and digital assets (cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFTs) remain under your exclusive responsibility. NFT Manager:

• Never requests or stores your private keys or seed phrases.
• Has no capacity to revert, cancel, or modify transactions executed and confirmed on the Solana network.
• Is not responsible for asset losses caused by forgotten passwords, phishing, or personal credential leaks.

04.Blockchain & Digital Asset Risks

You understand that digital asset transactions involve inherent risks, including severe market fluctuations, network congestion, blockchain forks, third-party RPC node outages, or base smart contract bugs (SPL Token, Metaplex, etc.). The platform displays approximate mathematical estimations and does not guarantee real-time accuracy of liquidity or asset values.

05.Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developers, maintainers, or affiliates of NFT Manager be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Improper use or inability to interact with the platform.
• Typographical errors in receiving public keys when using the batch transfer utility.
• Compromised wallets or hacker intrusion into your private Solana wallet.
• Malicious actions by third parties or phishing sites mimicking NFT Manager.

06.Account Termination & Data Deletion

Users may terminate their relationship with NFT Manager at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" feature in the application settings. Upon confirmation, all associated off-chain data (such as profile details, tags, and curation history) will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our databases.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason at any time.

07.Intellectual Property

Visual elements, layout, website design, logos, proprietary frontend/backend source code, and illustrations are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators, protected by applicable national and international laws. Any reproduction or copying for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
